A little about the video

Humanist funerals and memorial services are a celebration of life, and I create personal non-religious funeral services in Surrey and surrounding areas to remember the special moments in the life of your loved one just the way that you want it. We can celebrate the fun times you shared, their relationships with family and friends, their personality with all their unique likes and dislikes, and all those other important things that made your loved who they were. Whether you choose a service that is filled with songs, fun anecdotes and readings, or quiet reflection and poems, or a combination of these, I will work with you to create a special memory for your final goodbye. And it can take place in a crematorium like Randalls Park in Leatherhead, Surrey, a natural burial ground such as the beautiful Clandon Wood near Guildford, Surrey, one of the many local cemeteries, or anywhere else you choose. I work across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, south London and other areas on request. If you have an idea of what you would like included in the service, I will design the ceremony around this or, I am happy to make suggestions to suit your family and your loved one.

Comparing religious and civil funerals
During the post-pandemic period, I will advise you and support you as appropriate. Plan the beautiful funeral or memorial ceremony that will truly honour your loved one and provide comfort and joy. Choose the most appropriate resting place, sensitive to your and your loved one's beliefs and wishes. There are no words to explain how difficu. There are no words to explain how difficult today was always going to be but Susan helped us through as she has ever since we met her. She made sure that we could smile and even laugh as well as cry Mrs M.
Non-Religious Funerals and Memorials
When it comes to arranging a funeral, a humanist funeral or non-religious funeral is a sincere and heartfelt way to say goodbye to a loved one without the religious ceremony and traditional funeral formalities. As family run funeral directors, we understand and value that everyone is different. Humanist funeral celebrations can be unique to the deceased person and, with the right support, you can create a funeral that you and your family are happy with.
A humanist celebrant or humanist officiant is a person who performs humanist celebrancy services, such as non-religious weddings , funerals , child namings, coming of age ceremonies and other rituals. Humanist ceremonies are conducted in every part of the world by humanist organisations, although the legal status of non-religious ceremonies of different kinds varies from place to place. In general, funeral ceremonies are not typically regulated by states, but many countries with a religious history have stricter guidelines on who can perform legal marriages. Naming ceremonies, similarly, can be held anywhere without legal implications.
